- Up to 60% OFF selected vision correction services
- Up to 50% OFF selected aesthetic services
- Up to 10% OFF selected diagnostic services
The actual discount depends on the selected service and applicable partner terms.
The benefit may also be redeemed multiple times within the validity period, provided the participant continues to meet the eligibility and proof requirements.
Who Is Eligible?
According to the benefit mechanics provided, the offer is available to:
Existing Pru Life UK customers
This includes the life insured and policyowner who have registered and linked an active policy in PRUServices.
Pru Life UK licensed agents
Pru Life UK existing employees
This applies to permanent and probationary employees, except contingent workers, at the time of benefit availment.
What Do Pru Life UK Customers Need to Present?
If you are a Pru Life UK customer—either the policyowner or life insured—you will need:
- One valid government-issued ID
- Your PRUServices homepage or profile page showing your name and a linked policy with “Inforce” status
The linked policy may be any Pru Life UK insurance product.
You may show either a screenshot or the logged-in PRUServices homepage or profile page.
The name on your government ID must match the name shown in PRUServices.
How to Register and Link Your Policy in PRUServices
PRUServices is Pru Life UK’s customer portal where policyholders can manage their policies.
To register and link your policy:
- Visit pru.ph/PRUServices
- Tap “Create Account”
- Use your Pru Life UK-registered email address
- Verify your account using the one-time password
- Link your policy by entering your policy number
Once your active policy is linked, you can use PRUServices as part of your proof of eligibility when availing the Shinagawa benefit.
How to Avail the Shinagawa Benefit
The process is straightforward.
1. Book an Appointment
Schedule your visit with your preferred participating Shinagawa Lasik & Aesthetics branch.
2. Present Your Requirements
On your appointment day, show your proof of eligibility to the Customer Service staff.
3. Avail the Service and Pay
Complete your preferred eligible procedure or service and pay the applicable discounted rate directly to the partner branch through its accepted payment channels.
Important Terms to Remember
Before booking, keep these conditions in mind.
The offer is valid only for selected services at participating partner locations.
The benefit is:
- Non-transferable
- Not convertible to cash
- Available for multiple redemptions within the validity period, provided eligibility requirements are met
Discounted services cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, discounts, or special rates, including HMO-covered services, senior citizen discounts, or PWD discounts.
The discount also does not apply to individual tests that are already part of a screening package.
Service rates may change without prior notice.
Pru Life UK may modify, amend, or terminate the benefit and its terms and conditions. Shinagawa may also apply additional terms to the administration of the benefit.
